Cellon was first established in 1999, and has since grown to be one of the top Original Design Manufacturers based in China.

In 2002, Cellon was revamped in conjunction with the company’s spin off from Philips Mobile Phone European R&D Center. Later, after the company's MBO in 2007, Cellon shifted from a design house business model, forward into an ODM business model.

Today, Cellon Communications Technology Co., Ltd is a leading ODM of wireless handset devices. We are dedicated to the development and industrialization of GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, EVDO and LTE. We provide complete platforms and end-to-end solution terminals for the following types of customers:
